Our team is the heart of Melton South Early School. All our educators hold at least a Certificate III in Children’s Services, with each room guided by a Leading Educator with a Diploma or higher. We champion a culture of continuous improvement and inquiry, always researching best practices and gaining insights to ensure our educational programs meet the highest standards.
A unique aspect of our school is our dedicated Curriculum Leader. This role is integral to our commitment to ongoing staff development and creating the best possible learning environments for each child. Our Curriculum Leader actively supports our educators with innovative program development, the thoughtful implementation of approaches like Reggio Emilia, and creating truly inspiring learning environments.

OUR PROGRAMS
Designed for every stage of early childhood.
From our gentle Gum leaves nursery for infants (approx. 6 wks - 18 mths), through our engaging Gumnuts room for our pre-toddlers (approx. 18 mths – 2 years ), to our exciting Eucalypts toddler room (2-3 years old) we provide specialised care. Banksia is our non funded 3-4 year old mixed kinder room. Our Pre kinder room are designed for children aged from 3-4 and 4 year old kinder for children between the ages of 4-5 yeard old. Each room offers stimulating learning experiences designed for that specific developmental stage, led by passionate educators.
